The online booking was terrible. Apparently I booked with Boots but was told my appointment was at doll and and Aitchison.

Very speedy and quick to get me seen. Very friendly staff, so pleased my glasses will be ready within a week, just absolutely brilliant customer service. (Especially the man who done the little tests before seeing the optometrist! He was lovely. Thanks to you all!
